Despite its quiet and secluded setting, you’re just a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant Jan Thiel Beach, with its restaurants, beach clubs, and shops.
The villa features:

Please note that there is construction at a neighboring villa. While occasional daytime activity may be noticeable, it is generally limited and kept to a minimum.
Practical Information:
Under the villa are three self-contained apartments, which are also rented. The villa and apartments share the driveway. All accommodations have their own entrance.
When rented separately, guests in the main villa will enjoy full privacy, as the apartments have their own entrance, swimming pool and dedicated outdoor space. When rented together with the villa, guests can make use of both pools and the full property, creating an ideal setup for extended families or groups traveling together.
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
